What this means for the business leader

When are receipts expected?
The largest receipt, UZS 100 million, is planned for week 8. It comes after the projected shortfall in week 7. Confirm payment dates with customers: expected money has not yet been received.
Which payments need to be planned?
Payments of UZS 865 million are planned over 13 weeks. Week 7 has payments of 75 million against receipts of 40 million. Before approving new payments, review mandatory deadlines and whether other payments can be rescheduled.
Which weeks need a closer review of the cash plan?
Weeks 3 and 7 end below the illustrative reserve of 20 million. A positive closing balance of 70 million does not remove cash shortages within the period. Agree funding sources and payment dates for week 7 in advance.

Week-end balance = opening balance + receipts − payments. A negative balance shows an unfunded cash need under this plan. The reserve of 20 million is illustrative only. Weekly totals can hide shortfalls within a week, so actual working calendars must also check receipt and payment dates. All figures are illustrative forecasts, not actual cash movements.
